It is a sad fact that the population is getting heavier and heavier. This is because of the amount of candies and chocolates that they are consuming everyday. Even the Easter gifts are basketful of candies which parents buy their kids for the Easter. How i wish tehy would take a cue from my mom on giving out this Easter gifts. My brother and I would receive easter gifts from my mom when we were younger. Sure it has the traditional chocolate bunny and other bits of candy but the amount was not as overwhelming as it is nowadays. Plus she would include something that we would use like a new dress or a new book. The candies would be consumed in like a month since we dont eat much candies. But now, every where you look, The easter gift baskets are full of candies and sweets. I mean come on? Are you guys trying to give a child a sore throat? Im sure you can give other stuff that the kids want like toys for example.
